Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited activities

You may not use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights, or facilitate illegal activity.
• Authenticate users for fraudulent, deceptive, phishing, or impersonation purposes.
• Collect personal data without a lawful basis or required consent, or in excess of what your application needs.
• Probe, scan, overload, or circumvent the security or rate limits of the Platform.
• Distribute malware, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Reverse engineer or misuse device secrets, tokens, or the authentication broker.
• Create applications targeting children in violation of applicable child-protection laws without appropriate safeguards.

2. Enforcement

We may investigate violations and may suspend or terminate access to protect the Platform and its users. Report suspected abuse to legal@mrbd.io.
